Marc Marquez led the session after others made it to top of the times, beating Dovizioso's Friday laptimes

Marc Marquez once again led the timings in third free practice while Andrea Dovizioso crashed some time before the session ended.

Marquez set a 1:39.170s to beat Dovizioso's best time of the weekend on Honda.

He was the first to drop under 1:38 until final few minutes, until riders switched to fresher tyres to set fastest time for Q2 advancement.

Jack Miller on Pramac Racing Ducati beat Marc Marquez at final runs, heading the field with 1:38.677s but Marquez retained the top spot as 45 minutes completed.

Cal Crutchlow was the other Honda rider in third place, sandwiching Miller while just 0.255s shy of Marquez.

Maverick Vinales after all the disappointment from Qatar, went fourth quickest, while Danilo Petrucci made it to fifth place after a disappointing weekend as well.

Two other Yamahas followed Petrucci, with Franco Morbidelli on satellite Yamaha ahead of Valentino Rossi, the 9-time Motorcycle Grand Prix champion 0.710s off the pace.

Andrea Dovizioso crashed late in the session after a lowside in T1.

Dovizioso was eighth quickest after combined times from three sessions, as the Italian rider crashed at Turn 1 on 42 minutes mark.

Jorge Lorenzo performed well enough to make it to Q2, ahead of Fabio Quartararo to complete the Q2 contenders.

Other than Dovizioso, Reale Avintia's Tito Rabat crashed early in the session, ending up 20th quickest.
