The FIM Court of Appeals will sit together with MSMA in Geneva at 10 am UK tomorrow to discuss the result of Qatar GP that saw Andrea Dovizioso taking victory whilst having "aerodynamic advantages" according to other manufacturers.
The controversy rose after a deflector was spotted at the rear swingarm of Divizioso's bike as well as a cover on front wheel at Qatar earlier this month.
After post race investigation, no further action was taken on the winglets and Ducati kept their victory as sudden rage emerged up and down the paddock, with several teams protesting against the victory.
Ducati Team Principal Gigi Dall'lgna meanwhile is not upset by the investigation, claiming several times that the device was for cooling the tyres and not to gain aerodynamic advantage:

“I’m serene, and I’m calmly awaiting the appeal. I’m convinced that my solution is absolutely legitimate because I don’t consider myself stupid and I wouldn’t have gone ahead and fitted if it if was illegal.”
Aprilia Racing CEO Massimo Rivola though, belives that Dovizioso should keep his win albeit any outcome of the decision:
"There must be no retroactive [change to the] result, Dovizioso should keep his Qatar victory and from the Argentine GP the Ducati must run without this device on its bike," Rivola told Motosprint.
"Spare the win, and then start to discuss a new rule on this subject."
If the appeal is decided in favour of Ducati, the last option left for the manufacturers will be to appeal to Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
