United Autosport today announced it's 2 drivers for 2019 ELMS season with a third driver yet to be confirmed.
Alex Brundle will return to the LMP2 team alongside Ryan Cullen in the Ligier JS P217 car in European Le Mans series. He is also the son of former F1 driver and TV Pundit Martin Brundle.

The British driver is due to race at 24 Hours of Le Mans as well, with the confirmation pending from ACO.
“I’m very excited and motivated to be racing with United Autosports in LMP2 for 2019, re-joining the team who took me to the championship title in LMP3,” said the 2016 ELMS LMP3 Champion.

“I can’t wait to get behind the wheel of a Ligier once more, representing a world-class outfit and my longstanding sponsors and friends at Richard Mille.”
Cullen makes his debut at the Anglo-American team after a season with APR Rebellion, finishing 12th in final standings. He also raced at Daytona last month for DragonSpeed, winning the race in LMP2 class.

“It’s a team with great structure and experience and the perfect place for me to grow and be competitive in ELMS,” Cullen said.
"So far everybody has been superb and very welcoming and I’m looking forward to having Alex as a teammate.”
The sister LMP2 car of United Autosport will have Filipe Albuquerque and Phil Hanson as full-season driver line-up.
