Mercedes Formula 1 Team Principal Toto Wolff says a no-deal Brexit can create a lot of chaos for most of Formula 1 teams.
The Austrian also thinks that a no-deal Brexit is beneficiary for their rival Ferrari, who resides in Italy.
The statement comes just over a month before the March 29 deadline, when United Kingdom will leave the European Union without a deal had the politicians not reached an agreement.
Mercedes is not the only team with it's headquarters in Great Britain, as Red Bull, Renault, McLaren, Racing Point, Haas and Williams all have their headquarters under the Union Jack.

"Any major disruption with borders or taxes would damage the F1 industry in the UK," Wolff said yesterday during pre-season testing.
"Everybody at Ferrari and also Alfa Romeo in Switzerland will have a massive advantage over every UK-based team."
"It is the mother of all messes," he added.
"If a no-deal Brexit happens like it is being discussed, it would have a major impact in terms of our operation going to the races and getting our car developed and ready.
"That is a nightmare scenario that I don't want to envisage."
If the UK does leave the EU with a no-deal, the teams are likely to suffer a lot due to the costs of transporting logistics from UK to Europe. The teams would need to shift to European countries or pay a lot of fee for shipping, something that midfield teams like Williams can't do as the team is already in big problems, stalling their car for first part of pre-season testing.
