The United States Grand Prix has been voted as the best race of the 2018 F1 season according to the official F1 website. The official F1 site conducted a poll for the best Grand Prix of the season and over 16,000 of the fans voted US to be the numero uno.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix held in Baku was voted the 2nd best while the British Grand Prix at Silverstone was voted as the 3rd best race of the season. The German and Austrian Grands Prix were voted as 4th and 5th best of the season respectively.
Here are the top 5 best Grands Prix of the season as per the poll:
United States Grand Prix
Azerbaijan Grand Prix
British Grand Prix
German Grand Prix
Austrian Grand Prix
The US GP is held at the COTA (Circuit Of The Americas) on the outskirts of Austin, Texas. The 2018 race was won by Kimi Raikkonen for Ferrari, ending his almost 5 years spell without a single victory. While Sebastian Vettel first made a mistake under red flag conditions in Free Practice, which resulted in a penalty demoting him 3 places down the grid, it was the Finn ace of Ferrari, who took the checkered flag much to the delight of his team and fans alike.

The race had several thrilling highlights including Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton going wheel to wheel through several corners until the young Dutchman got the better of him and snatched the position. Sebastian Vettel and Daniel Ricciardo also came together during the race.
Qualifying was pretty close with Hamilton locking the pole position by a mere few thousandths of tenths of a second from Vettel.
The US Grand Prix has been a part of the official F1 calendar since the inaugural season back in 1950. It has been hosted for 40 times, changing venue several times over the decades including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Detroit, Las Vegas, Watkins Glenn, Dallas and currently COTA in Austin.
