Staying in F1 past 2019 will be the greatest trial than just returning this year. This is the claim of Robert Kubica who will execute one of the most impressive sporting comebacks by returning to F1 after being absent for eight years.
Speaking to the Polish broadcaster, Robert said, "Returning to formula one will not be easy. One of the biggest and most difficult challenges in my career is in front of me. But that’s what I was starving for.”
"The previous season was not easy for Williams," Kubica acknowledged. "But the regulations are changing and it may allow us to return to competing.”
"It's not like we will suddenly be the best team, but we'll work hard to make the car better than the last one" he said.
Robert said he isn’t going to set any “Concrete Goal” in terms of qualifying and race results in 2019.

"My goal is maybe even more difficult than coming back to formula one," he said. "It's staying in F1.”
"Competition is great. The 20 best drivers in the world are here so it will not be an easy task, especially after such a long break," added Kubica.
Robert ended the interview with one last quote, "The car will be very important," he said. "If we manage to improve it, the goal will be easier."
Robert Kubica who got his first pole and win with BMW Sauber will be returning to F1 once again. He knows that F1 is a competitive sport and one need to be ready for every upcoming trail. His season at Williams will be even more difficult with the F2 winner, George Russell arriving at Williams.
George Russell has a better experience of ERS and the 1.6 L V6 as compared to Robert. With Williams being the slowest of all in 2019, Robert is hoping for the best and will help the team develop a car they need to fight for championship once again.
